What do you do when you lose something? Most people will try desperately to find it again. What would you rather be - a loser or a winner?
So, when we want to reduce our weight, why do we always say we want to lose it? Why do we want to be a loser rather than a winner?
When we focus on the positive rather than the negative, the results are almost always more successful. So, why not focus on the positive: you want to
achieve your desired weight
win the fight against being overweight
gain better health
improve your self confidence
You already know that you want to achieve your desired weight and then be able to control it at its optimum level.
So, why does part of you want to sabotage that goal by encouraging you to over-eat or to eat the wrong foods.
